Through the outpatient medical treatment and care in one of the medical practices, contractual relationships are established exclusively between the patient and the treating physician of the practice, but not with the KLINIK am RING.

Contractual relations with the KLINIK am RING itself are only established in case of inpatient admission and by concluding a written patient contract. In this case, there are always two contractual relationships, namely one with the CLINIC am RING and one with the treating physician. The latter concerns in each case the treatment within the freelance specialist activity of the treating physician.
