JAMA study: Men with localized prostate cancer who have undergone brachytherapy or external beam radiation continue to have less incontinence, better erectile function and significantly higher quality of life five years after treatment than men whose prostates were surgically removed.

Medical societies have firmly established seed implantation in their guidelines for around 20 years.
